The Count of Monte Christo

Tonight I played "The Count of Monte Cristo". I have never read the book but i did see the movie a few years ago.its a great story. The graphics and music were great. The objects were hidden just enough to be challenging but not enough to be frustrating and the in between puzzles were also comfortably challenging as well. Its a great game and I recommend it.

Polly Pride Pet Detective

What can I saw about this game, other than lame, lame, lame. Its cutesy and dull. The music sucks and so does the theme. The story line reminds me of something I would have read in the first grade when learning to read. The actual game is a hidden object game. The scenes were challenging enough. Each one was a combination of difficult to find objects and easy to find objects with the usual hints. I had to use at least 1 hint per screen.

Azada

Trapped in a magical puzzle book, the adventurous Titus needs your help to release him from his spell. To do this, you must solve the tricky puzzles of Azada. Crack the series of puzzles and fill in the missing pages of the enchanted book to free Titus from his prison.

This is another game I can recommend but only if our good at solving brain teaser puzzles. I'm sure with a little bit of work I could probably be better at it, but I'm not. I found the puzzles in the game to be a little bit more complicated than I like. The music was very relaxing and the art work was very detailed. Each new puzzle is introduced by the crackling yellowed page of a book and each time the page is moved you can hear it crackle. Being someone who loves very old book I can appreciate this.

I still recommend this game with **** 4 stars, 5 being the top rating.

Elements

The game elements is not a typical match 3 game. its actually more like a match 2 game which is not a game I have ever played before. The background pictures are animated and very beautiful an relaxing. Since the game elements involves magical natural elements that background are such as: a wind swept desert, an underwater scene, a stormy skin with lightening, a gushing geyser at night, an erupting volcano. The music is not the best I have heard on a game (but they can't all be hits can the) but it does fit the game and is very relaxing.

I have always felt the point of match three games are to relax and and to provide a limited amount of stimuli's to the brain. I'm usually playing a game like this to relax after a hard day and I don't think I'm alone in doing this. But at the same time I don't want the puzzles to be so simple that I'm Bored or so complicated that I give myself a headache trying to figure them out. For these reasons I do recommend the game "Elements"

Games

This is a blog of game reviews. I basically review games that I have enjoyed playing. Since all I usually play are hidden object and match 3 puzzle games those are the games you will find reviews for here.
